What others are saying

"I took part in Friska's Invisible to Influential workshop, which I found so empowering and motivational. On this one day course, Friska provided me with so many Ah-ha moments and so many useful tools I could immediately put into action. I had so many takeaways that have benefitted me both personally and professionally. I highly recommend undertaking a workshop with Friska, as you will find it transformational."

Structural Group Manager at Northrop Consulting Engineers

'I attended the full day workshop on "Invisible to Influential", as part of the Women in Construction Engineering and Infrastructure Leadership Conference. Friska managed it amazingly well. She was very dynamic, gave us lots of practical tools, techniques and advice. The workshop was very interactive and she encouraged all of us to participate. She helped us to develop our own SUP, and even replied and followed up on our progress."

Friska spoke at two of my events for Female Influencers in Tech, one in person and one online, and I can say with utmost confidence that she is one of the best speakers I have come across. She is very knowledgable and an excellent speaker, but to me what stands out the most is how truly inspired I feel after every talk. Friska has a way of connecting to the audience through her personal stories which are motivational and inspiring to say the least. She has amazing confidence and grace, a rare and sought after combination. I couldn't recommend her higher for any speaking opportunities, and always look forward to hearing her present.

Hi, I’m Friska.

For 9 years, I’ve led change programs impacting up to 23,000 people across the seven continents for some of the biggest names in mining, technology and engineering. I’ve studied what makes or breaks behavioural change in organisations, applying this approach in settings as diverse as Melbourne to Mumbai to Manado.

I want to develop your ability to manage change. Why? Change is happening faster, it's more far reaching and complex than ever. Managing change is not just a business skill, it's a life skill.

You can continue down the path of least resistance, the path you have already been travelling, or you can choose the road less travelled. The path of least resistance will result in getting the same outcomes you’ve always received. But if you want something different to happen, if you want to improve the adoption of your program, you’re going to have to do something different.

Change is inevitable, but your growth - and that of your business - is purely optional.

Make a new choice, and pursue a new outcome.
